Teacher Travel Club is an independent membership platform created to help people working in education access exclusive hotel and travel offers.
We understand that schools and Trusts need to be confident about the organisations they share with their staff. This page explains who we are, how Teacher Travel Club works and how we protect members’ information.
Schools and Trusts do not provide us with staff data
A school or Trust can simply share the Teacher Travel Club website with its staff. Staff decide independently whether they would like to join and register directly with Teacher Travel Club.
Schools and Trusts do NOT need to:
- provide employee lists or staff email addresses
- create accounts for staff
- provide payroll, HR or DBS information
- make hotel bookings on behalf of employees
- formally endorse Teacher Travel Club or participating hotels
Sharing Teacher Travel Club with staff does not create a contractual relationship between the school or Trust and Teacher Travel Club.
How Teacher Travel Club works
Teacher Travel Club works with hotels and accommodation partners to provide exclusive offers to people working in education. Membership is free. Members create their own account, access offers privately through the member area and make bookings directly with the relevant hotel or accommodation provider. Teacher Travel Club does not take payment for hotel stays. The hotel remains responsible for its booking, payment, cancellation and accommodation terms.
